I got one recently where I could feel where half and full cock were, but the hammer would not catch on either of them. I took it apart to find it full of gooey oil mixed with dirt (at least no rust) so the lock is out soaking in Ballistol at the moment. I get the impression it was never taken apart before, someone just used it until it didn't work and then sold it.

I then checked the bore, which looks ok, but also no rifling. It mikes out as .54. As far as I know all of the reproductions were rifled .58's It has serial number 2021. Anybody know who made this?
