In time for Christmas for your best muzzleloader buddy, be that a spouse, relative or just friend. These starters work extremely well with precut and lubed patches. Just center the patch and ball on the muzzle, place the 3/8" solid brass rod on the ball and give the curly ash handle a slap. The ball seats 3 1/2" into the bore so easily with comfort, ready to be pushed to the breech atop the powder charge with your loading rod. Modeled somewhat after this one from
_Scloppetaria:_ by Capt. Henry Beaufroy, 1808 [Henry Benjamin Hanbury Beaufroy], originally published as “Scloppetaria, by a Corporal of Riflemen”

Here's his rammer:

The "rammer" rod is tapped 10 X 32 if one wanted to attach a jag for a larger bore. Shipped to you for $18.50. I do PP most easily. Thanks for looking.
