I've seen places charge $20 hazmat. Graf's $12.50 is reasonable in comparison.

Graf has the best shipping and hazmat deal among online powder vendors.They did raise powder prices in Jan. Old Eynsford went up $1.90 a pound still the best place to go for small orders.
