One of our only sources for real BP has it again and I am sorry to say it is not Riley's. KTP has just restocked I bought 4lbs today and that should keep me shooting for a couple more years. I may buy an extra pound or two when I am back in the area but not all my rifles require real BP some work fine with Triple Se7en.

BTW Riley's told me that they no longer will be selling real BP :(

If you are going all the way to Riley's, go to Wildlife Taxidermy at the Massabesic traffic circle. They stock Goex. I live in Derry, and it beats the heck out of driving to Kittery.

I live in sw NH, about 3 miles from Trader John's gun shop in Winchester. always has goex. also Pelletier's in Jaffrey to the east and Alstead gun shop to my north. I guess I'm lucky!
does L.L.Cote in Errol still carry it? they're alot closer to you than KTP.

That is good to know. Do you know if Fox Ridge Outfitters still sells black powder? I did purchase a can there, when I was in the area about five years ago. I have been to Riley's, and you would think that a gun shop of that size would sell black powder.

Yeh, they were carrying it and had a big sign out front saying they had it so I went in they said they were out and not sure if they were going to get more but they took an order from me but never got back to me.

They also took down the sign

I hope they follow through I will still pick up the order just to make sure they know they have customers that want it.

FoxRidge has not had it the last couple times I have been there unless they keep the fact hidden.

Then again when you are laying down 4-6 Ben's on a rifle little things like that escape your eyes
