Folks, won't lie... I'm new to the forum game. Been 'skinning for a long while. I just discovered my love of blackpowder over the last 2 years. (I like blades and hawks} I own both flinters and percussion stuff. I voo all over and represent the KMA district #6. Don't judge but I did 27 years in law enforcement and now am a long beard. Thanks for letting me warm up, and if'n ya don't mind, I will grab my cornboiler for some coffee!

Welcome to the forum! Not sure what you are rep for or where it is, but welcome none the less. I salute you for your service as an officer of the law also!

Thanks Mountain Ranger... truly. I'm currently in Kansas. The KMA is a muzzle loader's association,

Yep, as a new member to the party, I been spending the afternoon catching up on the news. I figger directly I may ask some questions or pipe in, but... completely unlike me, I;m just takin it all in for a smoulder burn... before I step on my bag and break wind. :)

We'd be interested in the status of muzzleloading shoots, hunting, the telling of tall tales, etc in Kansas... Whatever Kansas is just kiddin'

We also have a Search feature located at the top of the forums page's. It is a great tool to utilize for research or for looking up something specific. You can also adjust the date ranges at the bottom of the forums page's. By doing this you will be able to view additional topics in this forum.

Our forum is also a lively place with new topics being created on a daily basis. Something new to checkout all the time!

The learning opportunities are truly endless here on the forum. I guarantee you will learn something new each and every time you visit. I am always learning something new.

The folks here are certainly willing to help in any way they can.

Welcome to a great forum. And thank you for your service.

Thank ya Cowboy for the welcome! Swamp Chicken bygawd back at ya. DD thanks for the note. I will peruse through as I have been. I see a lot of "old" topics that I found interesting. I believe for the moment I will sit on my hands and just "stalk" alittle, before I drag out the Irish in me and break wind  .
