I started Bucksninng in 1983 and got hooked the first day, I was attending camps sometime three or four a month in CA, I went completly Native American/primitive with a 16' lodge up until the early 90s when the fad sort of fizzled in CA, I got reintrested in the sport last month here in NV and started getting my guns and gear back together, so far seven pistols and six rifles/four flinters and two Perc. now the wife and I are looking for a lodge and some good old events to go to within driving distance. If you are anywhere close to my area and know of any clubs or events please give me a holler, I got a teribble thirst for some good old apple pie!

Welcome to the MLF Stardancer and glad to hear your back into buckskinning! Once blackpowder is in your blood it never leaves you. Hope you will share some stories with us.

Welcome back to the sport of muzzle loading and re-enacting! I can't give you any help in your area but maybe someone here can steer you in the right direction. Or...Google your request. Good luck.
