Hello the camp!

My name is Siani, I'm 54, and I live in Western Massachusetts..Sunderland to be more precise. It was Swampfield back in Colonial days but they changed it..can't imagine why.

I have a T/C .50 Hawken percussion rifle and a Traditions Kentucky .50 flintlock..a kit rifle. That is it; still dipping a toe into the water as it were.

I can sew, work with leather, am a smith by training, a parent and general crafter.

I guess that will do to be getting on with.

This place looks fair bursting with information. I am glad to be here!

A big Howdy from Texas Siani, nothing wrong with those shootin irons; I have a Traditions 54 cal that will kill on one end and maim on the other..I traded my Flint T/C in a moment of weakness...I'm still in remorse over that one.

Welcome to the MLF! There are lots of friendly knowlegable folks in camp with a lifetime of experience to share. Pull up a stump and contribute when you can. Black powder is addicting and pretty quick your will be in the water up to your ears instead of just your toes.
