Help With Identification?

I bought a gun that should show up Friday. It is a .40 cal Turner and Kirkland. I did some research on here and understand the origins of the gun and it's Belgium stamped barrel. My question is the markings seen here. I have turned nothing up on this fellow Lewis Ballinger. At first I assumed it was just that he had built it as a kit, and maybe that is the case but I have now seen atleast 2 other guns with Ballinger marked in the same spot. Is this familiar to anyone?

Turner Kirkland was the founder of Dixie Gun Works in Union City, TN in the early 1960’s. Still in business. They imported thousands of gun from overseas, and still do.
