Who makes really nice 100 grain measures ? I really Hate the smell of antler when it is drilled, cut, etc.... So I am looking to buy a nice looking one.

Try bone.

It's not hair so it don't stink when cut and don't need to be drilled 'cause it's already hollow.

This is a turkey thighbone with a maple cap (soaked in tea to stain it).

If your dead set on antler for a powder measure. The short time it takes to drill/dremmel one out isn't worth the expense to buy, as they sell from $15 - $40 and up.
You can make one out of bone (turkey or deer)or out of a piece of copper/brass with the end squeezed closed. I've made them out of a small gourd tip as well (these can break easily).
My boy made one out of a wood needle case, the possibilities are endless.
I've seen them on ebay (look under blackpowder or antler), there's usually a few advertised there.
If you need to adjust the size, just melt wax into the measurer. Works for me :results:

You can also make one that is PC out of bamboo. Just cut of to the length you want above one of the joints. An easy one to make. Just fill a piece with the cahrge you want. Mark it, dump powder out and cut with fine bladed coping saw. You can even cut it at an angle to give you a little pouring spout.
