Made a pan primer for my new flint lock that will be here Tuesday.
The bell shaped cap on the end screws off for filling.

Thanks, that fill cap is off a light fixture, the piece that holds the glass up.
There`s a long threaded tube that runs up through the fixture that i cut a short piece off of and threaded into the horn.

did u drill the powder chamber or did u use a dremel or something?

Thanks again all, yep drilled it out starting with a 1/4 in bit.
Tricky task keeping from drilling out the side, if they only made a drill that would go around corners.
I was wondering if a person cut the horn length wise with a band saw then use a dremmel tool and hollow it out then glue it back together.

I used a Forstner bit to start mine so that a plug would fit tightly. I then used a Dremel to open up the inside without damaging the outside of the plug hole.

I would photo it, but I lost it turkey hunting last spring.
