I just spent s few hours melting, fluxing, and casting ingots with my entire supply of lead.

Give or take a bit I have about 122 pounds of pure roundball lead.

At my usual rate of 12-15 shot's per range session this should last me for about 244 range trips based on using it for .530 or .535 roundball.

How long would it last you with your normal projectiles and amount of shooting?

I go through about 40 pounds a year. I shoot a lot of .600 out of my smoothbore and do good but of target work with my 40.

I'm not sure how much I shot up in the last six months (I get my lead for free) but I know that I have casted over 200 pounds of (.440 RB, .456 conical, .457 RB , .459 conical , .530 RB and 1 ounce fishing weights ). I have ice cream pails full of each (the round balls and fishing weights).
