An insured shipment no doubt. ? Something you received or sent???? Have to wonder what the thought process was when that was wrapped.

Years ago I received a stock blank with nothing more than a label stuck to it. Times have changed.
Thats how they shipped blank wood gunstock wood back in the day - they may still be doing it as far as I know. I have not purchased a gunstock blank in over 40 years - I have my own supply

WOW I can’t imagine shipping this way, There are a lot of you know what Venders out there. When I place an order for something scratch able or delicate I will ask them NOT to ship in a padded envelope but rather a BOX and they still don’t give a hoot . Incredible

I received an unmentionable lower receiver wrapped that way once. Right in the mailbox. Yep, not a scratch. However, after that, I never placed an order with that particular outfit again.

IMO, if they're not willing to take the time to protect my property by packaging it correctly, then I will not purchase from them ever again.
