New to THIS forum, been working on cowboy guns for well over 20 years now to pay the rent and eat. I've come here to specifically aid me in my flintlock pursuits. Owned, sold, repaired, etc., many a cap and ball but wanted go further back in time. Looks to be lots of good info here.

A few hours here will really have you scratching your head! :haha: Seriously, welcome, and if we can help you with the wonderful world of rocklocks, just ask.

Thanks guys.........I'll just keep ruttin' around here for a while. I've got a Pedersoli H'sF pistol 1807 .58 that I resteeled the frizzen on and shot a few time and a new/used never fired 1803 harper's ferry .54 that also had me do a re-steel on the frizzen. They should be ready to go. I'm itchin' to shoot. Below zero and 12" of snow have put a damper on THAT.

Where's your sense of adventure? Easy for me to say living where it only snows an inch every decade, whether we need it or not! :hatsoff:
