Up for sale it this fine Hudson Bay style camp knife/buffalo skinner.
The blade is 3/16" thick 1080 high carbon steel. The sharpened portion is 8-1/2" from tip to heel with an overall length of 13-3/8". It features a geometrically thin, but not too thin convex grind for strength and ease of cutting. So it's got a profile that when processing veggies out on the trail, shouldn't send your carrots or potatoes flying into the abyss.
The handle is maple with 3 brass washers and brass rivets. It comes with a premium English oak tanned leather sheath that will comfortably fit up to a 3" wide belt.
Asking $275 USD via PayPal. Tracked and insured shipping to Canada and the US is included.
Thanks for looking!
