Hunting Eastern Washington

Is there anyone here know about the deer hunting above Spokane Washington?I am looking into some land up at Ione.RunningBear:thumbsup:

You can PM me. North of Usk and East of Ione are my hunting stomping grounds. I usually hunt around Molybdenite and Monumental mountains, but there's plenty of deer anywhere within hundreds of miles of Ione. Black Bears have been re-populating real well since they cut out the hound-hunting. Even a few Grizz when you get way back in there. Elk and Moose too. Would be a great area to have land.

very good area for hunting i shot a 4 point western count mule deer and was fortunate enough to draw a coveted moose tag which i filled right outside the town of colville about 15 miles very good spot to buy land

You drew a moose tag??????? WOW! Who EXACTLY do you bribe to get one of those?

Did you fill it with a muzzle-loader??? You didn't cheat did ya? That's o.k. you don't have to answer that!

Well that's very cool for sure. I saw a nice Moose on Monumental Mountain two years ago. Or was it three.

Running Bear you'll be able to run after the bears for sure, or maybe be running from them. I've got two BIG ones located, one I think is a boar, (for lack of a steady rest I had to let him go last year) and the other an old Sow that I'm sure is at the end of her breeding life, if not her life-life...going to have a neat seven-day hunting trip next year up there. At one point, either sex deer, either sex elk, and black bear plus couger are all open at the same time for ML. Boy maybe I can make that nine days.....!

Enjoy your trip, this is a real pretty time of year to be up there. Bring yer side-arm, be it black-powder or nitro burning if you go a walking in the woods.
