2questions what bullet /powder is rec. for this short barrel gun and also thinking of either a peep site or very small red dot ele. site any help for this newbie enthusiast would be greatly appreciated thanks

I found that the 320 grain Lee REAL Bullet was more accurate than the 355 grain TC Maxihunter in the short 1/20 twist Barrel. This was with 65 grains of fffg Blackpowder. You'll need to test the components that can be scrounged up to find out what works best for your rifle.

50 caliber, haven't fired it in years want to take the time to sight in the Wright way l, was wondering if black horn powder could be used in this gun , and was also looking for any tips since I, am relatively new to this but never had the time to really get involved but really love the nostalgia of shooting them

I shoot my WMC with ~45gr of pyrodex rs and a patched round ball and it does just fine for plinking at the range. If I am hunting, I use the Lee Modern Minie or whatever its called, its the one that looks like a tiny trash can haha! But I use about 60 gr with that.
