Have at 'em! 25 years ago there was a shop nearby where I could go and find rack upon rack of things like .33 Winchester 1886 lever actions, .405 Win 1895's, .32-40, .38-55, etc. Nobody wanted them. All shooters but in fairly good shape, brought in over the years by hunters 'moving up' to semi's and bolt-actions. He used to also consign fancy muzzleloaders built (or at least assembled) by a local gunsmith - I have no idea who, but they took my breath away (but then, I was young and easily impressed). Unfortunately, at the time I was looking for either T/C muzzleloaders or long range varmint guns. (Where is the boot-myself-in-the-backside graemlin?). I could be a millionare with the Cowbot Action crowd if I had scooped up a load of them. Heck, I'd love to own a few just to shoot occasionally. Arrrgh! Problem was, I didn't have two pennies to run together. Now I have two, but my wife monitors them both closely.
Interesting aside: One of the fellows that worked there went on to win an Olympic Gold Metal in Spain for Miliquet.
