I am no expert for sure, but just at a glance the first one looks like a cut down "sporterized" military musket.  Maybe from the mid 1800s?


The other two as well could be that too, and look to be home "projects"


It is what appears to be a bayonet lug on the first one that gave me that impression.


Sporterizing surplus military arms has historically been a popular recycling method for centuries, still is to some extent although today's military arms do not lend themselves to it so well, and those that did are getting too old and valuable to make it cost effective as it has been in the past.
