SOLD Ideal/Lyman 575213 Minié Mould

This is a 575213 (no suffix) mould in excellent condition - see photos. Drops Miniés about 400 grains. $80 shipped, priority mail, CONUS. Handles are not included. Payment by personal check (mould will be sent when check clears) or postal money order. No electronic transactions.

I have a Lyman 575213 OS mould (NFS) that is identical except for the shape of the base plug and cavity. I believe it would be possible to reshape the base plug on this mould to approximate or match the OS plug for a heavier ball. I just don’t have the means to do so.

No, this is an earlier style with a small pin in the base plug instead of the e-clip. Everything is there. The pin is just rotated out of view in these pics. I cast the two Miniés shown with that mould.

Sorry for that, I see now that it doesn't have the groove for the clip.

And I just realized that in the OP I referred to the base plug as a pin. Don’t know what I was thinking.
