Identification needed

Anyone ever seen one of these? Looks to be an octagon to round barrel.
Stamped Investarms, CAL 20 on the barrel, but owner says it is a 30 cal. Date code is 1986.
I have not seen it in person, yet.

Might be a 20 ga. smooth bore? Certainly looks new & clean.

Well, I heard back from the seller, it's a 20 gauge smooth bore.
I didn't know Investarms sold 20 gauge smooth bores in that configuration, especially with a set trigger..

I don't think they did. The barrel is a drop-in from another rifle/stock configuration.
Folks will/would swap those barrels out just like they do with the olde T/C's.
Nice find,, those 20ga smoothy barrels are fun to have.
