You received good advice on the frizzen screw.
You can probably find a screw that will work without a problem.
As for buying a factory screw your pretty much out of luck. Intercontinental Arms Inc has been out of business for years.
Here is what Major George Nonte in "Shooter's Bible BLACK POWDER GUIDE" said about it back in 1969:
"INTERCONTINENTAL ARMS INC.: This firm imports a variety of single-action revolvers and derringer pistols from Italy--all metallic cartridge arms. In addition, however, it brings in a wide variety of muzzleloading guns or modern manufacture, both flint and percussion. This firm makes no wild claims, saying simply that its guns are good buys for the prices charged. That is the way I've found them to be.
In addition to both handguns and long guns, Intercontinental distributes a line of muzzle-loading accessories ...."
Of your pistol the book goes on to say:
"KENTUCKIAN: Traditional style Kentuckian percussion pistol in .44 caliber. Octagonal 9 1/2" barrel; 15 1/4 " long; 38 oz., weight; walnut full stock wit brass furniture; color hardened lock; blued barrel, takes No. 11 caps.
Also available in flintlock style at same price, .44 caliber; about 2 oz. heavier.
Both versions available in fitted case with nipple wrench, mold, flask, and cutout to hole a 1-lg. can of black powder."
This importer also imported a Kentucky rifle in .44 caliber calling it a Kentuckian.
The flintlock version was my first muzzleloader.
