Interested in a custom built flintlock

Hey fellas, I was hoping to get some advice on selecting a builder of fine custom flintlocks. I know that TVM has an excellent reputation, but I see they have moved from Corinth to the Natchez area. I would like to select a builder who is around 2 or 3 hours drive from Athens, Alabama, so that I can visit the builder to better select my preferences and have the stock built to correct length.

So, if you were me, who would you consider for the project?

Jim Parker is down around Birmingham. Ive only seen one of his rifles an that was 4 or 5 yrs ago but if I remember correct it looked very well built. I dont have any contact info for him but Im sure you could google it. :hatsoff:

Please take a Look at Mike Davis.

Mikes builds are top notch and his prices are really good.
Mike Can do any style But his specialty is Early Tennessee/Watauga style rifles
