Another I forgot to put on the list: The Gun Works in Oregon. They have a pretty amazing array of parts squirreled away in their back room.

I just ordered a couple of wedges from Lyman. Expensive to ship to Canada but I need em. My Lyman GPR and Trade rifle (Hawken) are both made by Investarms.

I made a wedge for an old Ardessa I bought cheap that was missing the wedge. I used soft steel/iron. I cut out a piece about the length and width of the wedge. The metal was slightly thicker than the wedge. I cold hammered an end on it and filed to fit the gun. I used cold blue to match the metal on the gun, but one could also brown it. To cold hammer the end/cap, I locked it in a heavy vise and used a ball peen hammer to hammer down the end of the wedge. It worked pretty well and wasn't hard to do.

Taylor and Company would probably have wedges, they don't rob you on shipping to Canuckistan like most places. Forgot about TOTW they also are very fair with shipping.

It's a 120B.

I had the older 120A in .45 caliber and gave it to a friend to get him started in traditional firearms. I chronographed 1800 FPS with the 250gr Lee REAL bullet lubed with liquid alox over a prelubed wad and 90gr of FFFG Goex.

I would call Investarms, I would also give Dixie Gun Works a call.
