I'm not sure I've ever seen a chrome lined barrel. The barrel end is shinny. The grooves in the rifling are a little less skinny than the lands. Your question is a good one. I'll Google it and learn so I can give a better answer. Steve
 
Back again. Compared to the 50 caliber I've listed on this Forum, I'm going to go out on a limb here and write, Yes, the barrel on the 54 caliber rifle in this ad, is chrome lined.
For whatever it's worth, there it is.
