Hi all, I have a barrel that is in real bad shape and an accompanying percussion lock that is OK. I want to make them into a smooth bore blanket gun. I could use a stock in really any condition. I will be cutting it back smoldering and for stock and adding copper wire etc. So broken scarred etc is fine. Invest arms would be best as lock and barrel would be drop in. Thanks for looking.

Good hunting, I wish I could help. I have made two blanket guns, they are awesome to shoot! You can have all kinds of fun decorating them, tacks, rawhide, feathers, trade silver, grease, grime, rode hard and put up wet, the more the better, the hawk that hunts walking. Chetan Wakuwa Mani.

A couple of stocks on EBAY. When I bought my Investarms, the stock was junk so sold it and ended up with a nice stock off EBAY - if no one here has one for you.

I think I have one in my shop....I'll just have to get out and dig around and see if I can find it.

I looked through my shop, and couldn't find it.....I must have given it to a friend or something, but just don't remember. This old age stuff sure gets frustrating !! Good luck ...I hope you can find one....
