I've been trying to reach them to buy parts for months with no response. I've had a lock on order for three years with no delivery date. Have any of you been able to contact them?

That was always my experience with them.
I'm waiting on an item to come back from their casting foundry. It's frustrating to have to wait but they always answer my e-mails when I ask about the status of my order. They are definitely still in business!

Here’s some parts

When I went and visited with them they both told me not to bother calling on Friday. They dedicate the whole day to shipping orders.

I also know I walked in right after lunch, Jane greeted me with her headset on, she called Jesse, when he arrived she went back to answering the phones. Over 2 hours later when I left she was still manning the phones, still writing down info and taking orders.

Their son was on the stock duplicator the entire time, he stopped long enough for me to snap some pics, then fired it up and the sawdust flew like a tornado.

I Just want to say they weren't sitting around playing pinochle. I kinda felt guilty for taking so much of Jesse's time. When I go back I'll definitely take powder and caps!!

I’m afraid that they make get tired of being behind and working hard all the time and call it quits. When a beloved hobby turns into a daily grind, it can be horrible.

I bought a matchlock kit from them about a year or so ago. It took months to get it. I made a pest of myself and started calling every couple days until I finally got hold of some woman there. Once I talked to somebody, I had my kit within a week.

Make yourself a squeaky wheel and you'll get results. That seems to be the way of the world today. Unless you make noise, nobody will hear you.

No way I'd let an order go that long. 6 months is max for me. After that I'd better see the order show up, or I'll be on the phone to the attorney Generals office in the state their company resides, demanding action. File a complaint through their states AG office and I guarantee you will get results.
