Today is the last day of squrriel season here in Okla. Will start up again on May 1st, 2012. That is a long time to wait.
Now I don't eat them but I love to shoot them. Try for a head shot on every one that I do get. A friend of mine loves squrriel and dumplings. At 10 each day and 20 in possession after 1st day, I keep him pretty well feed. His wife loves them also.
Something to do while I wait for deer season to start again. :thumbsup:

I know how you feel but it's not as long as having to wait til oct 1st for the CO season to start when we end end of Feb. lol
