I'm fighting back. :curse:
I'm not going to the poor house over sse and that $1.29 as it takes me 0.49 minutes wages to earn THAT much money!
So here is what I've done.
I contacted the Civil Liberties Union, Congress, the Senate, S.P.C.A., N.R.A., Daughters of the Confederacy,
P.E.T.A. and other action groups.
We are collectively sueing sse for misrepresetnation and emotional damage, pain and suffering.
sse misrepresented the infamous patch knife as an heirloom that once belonged to Davy Crockett and was reported to have been actually desinged by Jim Bowie.
Poor maxiball (me) suffered terrible emotional damage  when he opened the package alleged to contain the hierloom knife only find a cheap imitation worth $1.29.
And we only have sse's word that it cost the buck twenty nine. It in fact came from Dollar General where it retails for 0.99 cents!
As a direct result of this horrible fraud perpetrated by the cunning criminal mind of sse, maxi was FORCED to purchase a proper patch knife from birddog6 and work overtime to pay for said patch knife.
As a result maxi worked many overtime hours to pay for this handmade patch knife and lost valuable time that could have been better spent shooting up an abundant supply of new Schuetzen black powder.
The emotional suffering to poor maxi is unbearable so he seeks to recoup monies from Mr. sse in excess of ten billion dollars!
We would also petition the Courts to force Mr. sse to devulge just what in hell sse stands for in the first place!

I also want to know where he is located since he is "not tellin". Maxi I thought sse indicated that there was a satisfaction guarantee with that knife and that you could send it back within 30 days. As much fun as we all have had with that knife, I would be happy to add it to my collection. Please send it to me at your earliest convenience or inconvenience and I will be glad to send sse the $1.29 payment. :D I was glad to see you included PETA. Now they will have something important to do.

Maxi,
you go boy your the man!!!!!
snake-eyes :agree: :peace: :)  :imo:

Where do I start? :: How does one effectively respond to the delirium of a factory rat, albeit a handsomely compensated one? First off, I said the knife resembled one that was taken out of Dan'l Boone's (not Davy Crockett) hunting pouch. Big difference.

Second, you know darn well that the card board blade sheath, which came with the knife, and for which I have not demanded any payment for, did bear the price sticker of $1.29. Now, as proof of that, no self-respecting prankster would dare remove that evidence of cost, so as to enhance any mortification you may have suffered as part of this cruel, but brilliant charade. Didn't that make you feel even more violated, when you recieved that piece of garbage, upon seeing that sticker? $1.29? You know it did.

I didn't tamper with the NIB $1.29 knife in any way. In fact I didn't even take the sheath off and inspect it for myself. That little gem was untouched by human hands, and based upon what we can glean from your antagonizing, in-line luvin posts, despite your considerable use of the knife, it remains so. :blah:

Maxi, afore ye start a gettin em lawyers involved ye otter kno a few thangs:

Ah thin ole SSE don't owe ye nothin fer yer pain an sufferin. How were he ta know ye'd cut yer thum with that knife?

sse misrepresented the infamous patch knife as an heirloom that once belonged to Davy Crockett and was reported to have been actually desinged by Jim Bowie." Ah thin yer wrong.

Ah herd that ole David Crokett down at tha 7/11 use ta own it. Ye remember ole Dave don't ye? He are the 89 yar old guy who had ta get a job cause he marryd that 17 yar old gal. Seems she wood spend all o his Social Security money on chewin gum an Viagra leavin um nothin ta eat fer the rest o the month.
Anyway, ole Dave said he got it in a penny tossen contest frum "Jimbowee" (Jimboy didn't like hys name so he went an got it changd to Jimbowee) who tol me, "Ah earned it square an fare by paintin dis sign".
Ah thin ye gots "dis sign" mixed up with "design" somehow.
So ye see, ole Davy Crokett did own it and Jimbowee had somethin ta do with dis sign.

Ah thin ye otter jus pay up affore ole SSE sells yer debt to one o them Collection Agancyes. Thay gots a way of knockin on yer door 'bout 3 in tha mornin. :shocking:
