I just did a run a few nights ago have no problems at all. I had a mould for a 12 ga. smoothbore I used to have and ever ball seemed to come out perfectly round.

I have two of Jeff's moulds, an .80 and a 1.0=four bore, and I can say nothing but good things about the man and the quality of his work.

Just :m2c:

Good to hear good things scott/ne is you 12 ga a sigle shot fowler? and guys what did you use as a bullet diamiter for you 12ga?. bb75

I have had excellent luck with Jeff's molds. I have one and have three more on order. My .590 mold throws a ball within .002 of perfectly round. In a ball that large I bet casting temp variations make bigger diferences on final dia. Even the smallest bit of dust between the mold faces will make more than that difference. Realy nicely made molds. BJH

I have four of Jeffs moulds .500 thru .715 and all throw a good ball very close to round,as stated above temperture variations probably are the result of any deviance. a good product and a great guy to deal with.
