Jug Choke in Colerain and Getz fowler barrels?

As I live in an area where the 'burbs are the best small game hunting, I was wondering if the Colerain 20 gauge fowler barrels (with the wedding band as used on fusils et cetera) was a good candidate for a jug choke. What about the 12 bore barrel sold through Chambers made by Getz? If I decided to have Rice make me another swamped "D" weight barrel in a smooth .62 caliber how would that go with a jug choke and, most important, WHO do you send the barrel to so as to get it choked?
