Was interested in having my 12 gauge flintlock jug choked. Can anyone recommend a gunsmith that specializes in this?

I'm thinking of trying him out. I don't know what type of barrel I have. I would like it to be a better turkey gun. I'm still messing around with the sky chief load, and othersCaywood did a couple for me, both were supposed to be extra full, one came out to be a 40-yard turkey gun, one came out more like a modified, I turned the modified jug into a full with a Skychief load.
He is cantankerous sort; he hates touch hole liners with a passion, (claims they WILL bow out and injure the gun owner) and some barrel makers (Colerain) which he will expound on greatly if you give him an opening. My barrels were both Colerain with touch hole liners.
