Jim06: Your classified ad should be for one gun or the other. At the top of the Index page it clearly says,
"PLEASE POST ONLY 1 ITEM PER AD".

I'll let the ad run as it is but if one of the items sells, I'll mark the ad as SOLD and you can post the other gun in a new ad.
Zonie

Zonie, it looks like he is selling both to go for one money. Or isnt that ok to do?

Looks like a set? KY rifle .45 and KY pistol .45 one price.

I see Zonies Point but a set is a set? Zonies solution is very fair though....if the seller will break the set.

Sets are considered as only one item but many times I've seen people break up the set when someone wants one item but not the other.
The fact that this is being offered as a "set" is one of the reasons I let the ad stay.

Should I add a statement "will sell separately"
Jim
That's up to you but I would prefer that they be sold as a set like the original post said they would.
That allows them to be considered as "1 item".

As I also said, if one of them does sell while the other one doesn't, I will mark this advertisement as being "sold" and you can relist the other one in it's own separate ad.

You don't edit it.
I'm the one that can edit it but usually, I refuse to change something that someone has said in the Classified Ad's. If something has been sold, all you have to do is to add a post saying the item was sold. Then, I will close the sale.

Speaking of closing the sale, the Classified rules say you should only offer one item in a advertisement. Because you've sold the pistol, I'm closing the entire ad and marking it SOLD.
If you want to offer the other stuff, make new ad's for each one them.
