If you are talking a kit then there are many.
If you are talking off the shelf then Pedersoli definitely do in a number of varieties. I am told their "Frontier Rifle" is the most authentic of their long rifle offerings.
Sorry I know nothing of other manufactures.

Not being in the US it is hard for me to know but I would suggest looking at Kibler kits for a top end but easy to assemble option or try a wanted add on this site. You never know what is out there that someone may wish to part with.

Old and true , since I was a kid
I finished their Pendersoli Kentucky longrifle flintlock kit about a month ago. The .32 caliber is currently on sale as is their Pennsylvania longrifle kit in .50 caliber. Those kits are really easy depending on what you want to do with them. Some of the brass needs to be filed, sanded and polished, the barrel comes with a temporary blueing and the stock needs some sanding and finishing.
I did some heavy wood removal and basic carving on my kit. Considering removing the barrel and trying to do a mustard patina on the barrel.
