Ive read that kik uses the same wood that swiss is made with if so ect, ect, why the heck cant someone make C+H #6 in the last 10 yrs Ive read 3 things (one in handloader mag about the 450 express) how someone got to use #6 vs every powder and nothing came close to it till you got to nitro base powder did they flat run out of the trees or what, this stuff had less fouling and it was soft, vel was better, ect.It just beat every now day powder so why cant it be made,(it was like a now super swiss. Let me try again. Ive always read what fantastic powder Curtis and Harvey #6 was, 3 artls in mags the last few years someone got to try this now 100 yr old powder to bp made now and C+H#6 was the hands down winner,so why cant it be made again,a example 450 cal double at 75yds both barrels hit the same spot all the other bps sent the shots to hell and back, they had to use a nitro, slow burning weak powder to get close to the C+H. Just wondering why? hey good enough for POPE..... Fred Its just a question.
