King George III Canon

Hi,
I have been working on a naval model of a 24 pounder King George III canon.
The barrel is made of soft malleable cast iron.
The overall length of the barrel is 22" the breech is 2 1/4 not including the barrel band, the muzzle is 1 3/8" not including the barrel band.
The barrel liner is 7/8" X .54 (bore) x 18" DOM tubing, with a 5/8" breach plug.
The carriage is white oak.
The original plans were drawn up by the Govt. of Canada (1964 ) that model had a 48" barrel.
Would there be any market for such a toy?
I machined the tube delivered from the foundry.
The casting was good but oval somewhat, and lots of pin holes from the sand.
Boring the barrel was easy enough, but the drill bit breaking off inside the tube, was a worry.
Any input would be appreciated.

The quick answer to; "would there be a market" is "yes", but it would come down to price. And price would depend on perceived quality or utility value as a display piece, or curiosity and entertainment value to occasionally fire it.

A 22" iron gun with .54 bore will be way heavy, right? Or is the tube so heavy anyway that the liner won't make much difference?
I would love one myself, but imagine you would need a fair price to make them.
