I purchased an unfinished rifle kit from a GB auction a couple of months ago. I’m now getting around to get it finished. It was missing the ramrod pipes, lock, and other miscellaneous hardware. The barrel is a Douglas 45 caliber well rusted and a mud dobber nest inside the muzzle. I steamed the barrel and converted the rust. The inlets were all made using a dremel tool by the original builder, that I’ll need to clean up. I would like to find the kit maker to get the missing piece. Anyone know who that might be?

Your best bet, and easier route will be to take measurements and go shopping for a slightly oversized lock. Then reinlet to fit current mortise.
Most of the other parts like pipes, buttplate etc are available as generic parts from TOW.
Even if you know the kit or manufacturer, strong likelihood the individual parts won’t be available.
Best of luck. That wood looks like a nice starting point, and you have a decent Douglas barrel.

Illustrations in track of the wolf catalog and website are drawn to scale. Do some research and maybe match them up.

To me that doesn't look like a a kit. Looks more like a precarved stock and a collection of parts. Since it has a Douglas barrel that would probably date it back to the 80's. the lock looks like a Maslin style. Chambers Has what he calls a gunmakers look in his Siler looks. it has an oversized plat that you can cut to fit an existing mortise. the patch box looks like one that is available the side plate might be one you would have to make out of brass sheet to be safe. The Trigger Guard good luck on that one measure the distance on the inlet and try to find one about the same length. The other parts nothing special there you can easily find ones that should fit. Good example there on why you should never have a Dremel around a gun. Good luck you got some work to do but you should be able to save it. That Douglas barrel alone makes it worth the trouble. I have an unused .45 Douglas barrel myself for probably 30 years have a CM4 stock to go with it and all the other parts just need to get it into the line up of projects.

Thank you sir!
Luckily, I received the brass patch box and trigger guard and side plate with the rifle. Was missing the lock, pipes and hardware. I have an unused L&R lock that I was going to use. Might order a Kibler lock for it. Don’t know yet….

Might want to do some measuring there. not sure about the size of the Kibler lock but might be a bit larger than the lock mortise you have and the lock panel is already formed so that is going to limit your options, From what I can see it doesn't look like the touch hole is there so that is a plus. but a loner lock could create problems with the trigger location that is one you want to get right or you going to have a terrible trigger pull.

I'd do a pencil-rub tracing of the lock inlet, maybe even a paper cut out of the tracing that fit's,, and mail it with a photo to Track of the Wolf and/or Jim Chambers.
They will be able to take the cutout up against existing locks and make a recommendation.
It appears to be set up for a flintlock,,(?)

The Maslin percussion lock from a CVA is a close match, but I want to do a flintlock. The Manson L&R lock is also a close match. I haven’t taken the Kibler lock from my SMR to size it up yet. The barrel hasn’t been drilled yet, so good to go there.

L & R has a replacement lock that is supposed to fit the CVA
