been working on a couple of knives and thought id post a picture of them the dagger is an 8" 420 layer birds-eye damascus with a leg bone grip the other is made from an old saw blade with poured pewter not the best job but also not as ez as mr.elerby makes it look :thumbsup:

What is it with "two"... Two-Bellys and two knives??

Hey, those are very nice! :hatsoff: The poured pewter is a cool (or should I say HOT) idea. I like the look. Helps the balance eh?

Lets us see them again when you fnish the "two" Sheaths please! I like the bag too...
 
That right there is good stuff!! :bow: How did you finish the bone, what did you use for the aging color, Potassium Permangenate?

Love the pewter caps, very nice.
 
:rotf: :rotf: 3parts golden yellow ,1part orange rit dye , :winking: mix in hot not boiling water and soake the bone for a few houres or untill it takes the color you like you may have to adjust the amounts for your own pref, :thumbsup:

very nice one. I love the other one. I really
like the way you topped off the top of the bone.
