Neighbor sheared his lambs for the fair tonight, so I got a big bag of it. Gonna try using it as wadding in my trade gun. Curious how it will do. The kids bathed them before shearing, so I may have to ad lanolin or some other grease.

I've heard of some others here using it. The only criticism was odor if I recall.
 
If it's clean it makes a great polishing pad for gunstocks, especially if it could be mated to an arbor/pad and mounted in your drill press.
