The Lancaster county (Pa.) event at Muddy Run Park is coming up in about three weeks, anybody planning on going? Couldn't camp last year fighting the cancer n all but will be there with bells on this year. Gonna take more then cancer to take my ol cantankerous mug out of the picture. Still ain't completely up to snuff yet but the strength n stamina are coming back a little each day, don't know how much I'll get around camp but I'll be under canvas come %^$$ or high water. Ain't missed this event in 15 years n ain't gonna start now. When ya give in yer done but I'm still swinging for the fence. YMHS Birdman

I'll be camped on the outside of the road around the big field up on the end if yer heading towards the shooting area. Heading for LCLR Rendezvous at Muddy Run PA on Thursday morning. Hopefully the weather will cooperate but either way, I'm looking forward to some much needed R&R.

I live about ten miles away as the crow flies. But I won't get there, except to visit, possibly Friday around noon. A bunch of promises to do volunteer work all came home to roost at the same time.

I am totaly bummed! Planned on camping but other things have gotten in the way, hope to make it up for the day Saturday. Planning on hitting Jacobsburg in June though. Better weather if nothing else, nice n warm even it it rains a bit. Well I guess I'll play catch up on yard work, I am so far behind with being sick last year and all that it is a bit overwhelming right now, just got to plug away n hopefully by the end of summer I'll be back even again LOL. Just can't seem to convince this grass to quit growing , doesn't seem to mind that gas prices have gone up at all, consarned greenstuff!! Got the tomatos in as well as peas lettuce cabbage new rasberry bushs, a grape vine n about 8 dwarf fruit trees, I'm a tired puppy but its a good tired. Every day I get up n see blue sky n clouds n not some worms butt n the roots on grass is a GREAT DAY no matter what happens YMHS Birdman
