Howdy folks, Two Feathers here:

Winter is here and there’s a lot of work to do in the shop. Here is a Flintlock Pan Primer just in time for you guys who’s states started their Flintlock Deer season recently. The price is $62.00 shipped in a padded envelope. I made it from an Elk antler tine. It has a nice curly Maple cap. It’s nicely antiqued, and aged. The curly Maple plug/cap is held on with 8 tiny, solid Brass nails, meticulously installed.

There is a 3 grain charging valve, that’s filled through the body by unscrewing the knurled cap, then carefully removing the cap, plunger tube and spring. I’ll include written instructions and a tiny funnel to aid in filling the primer.

Disclaimer: This primer IS NOT to be used for any powder size other than FFFFg. BUT, I’m told these primers work fantastic with FFFg. A number of my customers use these regularly for priming with FFFg. without any issues. One customer just told me he uses FFg. in his, not sure why?. But I’m just giving you the valve manufacturer’s warning to avoid future issues. Again manufacturer’s warning: Trying to use these for some different grain size will jam them up and they will not work. That’s BS but I have to make you aware of the mfg.’s warning.

The entire primer measures 6” long, cap base to valve base. The base cap measures approx. 1” X 1-1/2”. These are ALL approximate measurements with a ruler. It should fit in your shooting bag or pocket nicely. With the prices of EVERYTHING going up, shipping just went up, I wanted to make these a little more affordable to my customers, so I’ve included (at no additional cost) a hand forged staple for carrying or tying to your bag. These pan primers have a great following. See my feedback or customer comments.

I take PayPal, MO’s or checks.

This item cannot be shipped to Canada. If interested, please PM me here. As always, thanks for looking.

God bless:

Two Feathers

Still here folks. Don't hesitate too long. Rondy season will be here before you know it and that's the best time to own one of these.

I have no idea why? The pics. are already there. So far no one has mentioned this problem. If you give me your email in a PM, I'll send them to you.
If you're interested in the primer, it already sold, but I have another one here that's about 80% done. If you'd like it, let me know and I'll get it finished ASAP.

Thanks, but made my one grain charger three-four decades ago before I got my first flintlock. Amazed I have not lost it. I love to look at fine craftsmanship, so window-shop here a lot, storing up mental projects if I ever get back to my shop. Growing old sucks, but sure beats the alternative.

Keep up the good work!

Got it, thanks. Yeah, a stroke and a recent heart attack ain't made me too happy either.
Keep window shopping buddy. Thank you for your support of my work and kind words.
Good health in 2024.
