Hi all. I saw once in a pic a large moon inlay that installed up and down would be almost the size of the butt. I ordered the 2 sizes from TOTW and they are smaller. Does anyone know where I can order a larger one? Otherwise I'll just cut one myself. Thanks

I think you will have to make your own.
If your furniture is in brass, most hardware stores carry flat sheet stock. I would suggest something between 1/32 and 1/16 thick if you can find it.

Make sure that the cusp of the moons crescent is not pointed up. Any downward direction is fine.
Why?? Because it will cause a drought don't you know?
Lots of old beliefs about those inlays. Gun won't shoot straight without a fish on it!!
A bleeding heart (of Christ) helps a lot too.

Thanks Zonie. I kinda figured that, but it should be pretty easy. Thanks for the info on the old inlay beliefs too. I'm looking for a good website that offers a little knowledge into the beliefs and ideas behind old originial inlays. That may have been more of a personal thing though and not common knowledge.
