:hatsoff: Nice buck you know that all your meat6 this year is all range fed no bovine growth formula or antibotics. feels great to harvest your own meat. The last time I bought beef was ground for spageti, because we use all our groun venison and moose for sausage. Congrats from Dave T.

keep up the good work

The family will normally eat 5 deer a year, a couple hogs and a lot of fresh fish.

Usually the deer are Florida deer, live weight 100-115 lbs. Not a whole lot of finished meat there.

Same with wild pigs 125# live weight - Big heads , small hams, even smaller chops.

This year I traveled alot and the deer were larger
170# + live weight. An extra BBQ or two will take care of the extra.

That being said the neighbors, the in-laws and a few dedicated friends do their share to help out.
