Don'tknow the details but a guy named fiveshooter likes them in his old armies. Bound to be accurate or he wouldn't use them.

I surely would like to have that conversion done, but funding for the rest of my shooting sport would be put on hold for a long time. that thing is a boar-buster for sure! I have taken 2 wild hog with my BP revolvers, 1 with ROA and another with my '58 Rem. 'buffalo' model. I brained the one I got with my Rem. the one I got with my ROA was moving - took a chest shot and had to follow it aways but it left blood after about 50 yards and found it piled up in thicket and near-expired about 300 yds maybe little more away. I shot it again for insurance in the neck/head junction. Used Lee mold conical slugs in both.
