Try MBS or Track. If they don't have one (or know of someone that makes them) you may need to make it yourself using a right sided one as a template.
 
Why? just learn to lock your eyes on the sights. If the flash is a problem you are not focusing on the sight picture and will
never master shooting a flintlock
 
He might be required to have such.... even if there isn't a person next to you at a reenactment you're supposed to have one on your lock...
Here's a guard template. One of the easiest materials to use is a piece of copper pipe. Some guys like to use a copper, pipe cap as the basis. Right or Left depends on which way you bend it... ;) The dashed lines show were to file IF you want to be fancy.

Thank you for your responses! I have a piece of copper but thought I would try the forum. As a member of a militia and 10 yr reenactor it is mandatory to have a flash guard at events. It is for my 17 year old who just got a beautiful lefty. Will use that template! I really appreciate!
