Left hand gpr percussion tang sight?

I’m tossing around the idea of replacing sights on my left hand gpr percussion rifle. I fear the the Lyman tang mounted peep sight will just be in the way of the hammer. I was looking at the old tc peep sight #7194 but that is next to impossible since it has been discontinued for quite some time. I am curious if the pedersoli “ghost” peep sight will fit the tang on the gpr? It seems like it is a lot less bulky. Does anybody have and other ideas for a lefty gpr?

Left or right makes no difference, the hammer is the same distance from center.
