In this installment of the Lehigh County inspired flintlock rifle building project, I’ll inlet the barrel pinning tenons into the gun stock , and then drill the pin holes using a drill press and an R.E. Davis company point to point drilling fixture.

Thanks for posting these Mike. So this is going to be a John Young inspired Lehigh? Or a blend of those on the KRA disc you showed a reference picture from.

Are you planning on taking on anything like carving or engraving in this one? That big blank Bucks rifle patch box looked like it was begging for some engraving on it.
