length of 1864 Springfield

I need to know the distance from the shoulder of the center (sling) barrel band to the top band shoulder and from that point to the end of the nose cap. I am missing that section and its time to cut off and form my splice!

Distance from tang/breech intersection to rear of front band (shoulder on stock): 33.1"

Distance from tang/breech intersection to rear of middle band (shoulder on stock): 21.5"

Distance from tang/breech intersection to rear of rear band (shoulder on stock): 9.87"

Drop in stock: 2.5"

Trigger pull: 13.5"

I had guessed not over the length of my .58 enfield which came out to 53.5. I am .6 too long!
