Thought y'all might like this link. So far my pea-brain is having trouble wrapping itself around these instructions, but they are the most detailed I have found so far. I'm planning on trying to make a wampum (artifical/glass bead) horn or bag strap.

I was also wondering...did these straps sometimes have a leather backing? For comfort perhaps. If so, was there any specific method used to secure the finished belt to the backing?
