So excited to try it. I need to more powder was to expensive this week to get two so I went with one pound of 3 f until I can get 2f and 4f. Hope it shoots straight!

I'm hoping its good enough to just play with until I have enough money.Yep, for the sake of simplicity, I use 3f in the pan and main charge. Quite a few people use 3f even in their .62 smoothbores!

In amongst the goodies, did you get a powder measure? If not, post back here and someone will help you find something you can safely use as an improvised measure--fired rifle cartridge, etc.
