Does anyone have a clue where I might be able to find a Royal Navy Sea Service Pistol early long version

Yes that is what I'm looking for and did check Military Heritage. I am not set up for drilling the vent hole if I was I would get that in a Heart beat.

If you don't know of a local gunsmith you could easily find a machinist to do the job for you and cost would be very minimal.
